You can return unworn items within 14 days.

With the return label, which you can easily find in this portal download, your return will always go to the correct address. Please note that we can only offer free returns within Germany. Returns from other countries will be subject to the respective shipping fees.

The credit will be issued within 14 days after we receive your package.

1. Pack the item and stick the return label on the package

Place the items in the package and attach the enclosed return label to the outside of the package. This way, the return shipping is free of charge for you and will arrive at our address.

2. Submit the return

You can drop off the package at DHL parcel shops and Packstations. Please keep the return receipt until we confirm your return. Find DHL return stations near you.

3. Get a refund

If you see on your tracking information that we have received your return, please allow us up to 14 days to inspect and credit it.
